Returns
All refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of the delivery date of your purchased products. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Smoking accessories that have been used are generally excluded from our refund and exchange policy.

Our made-to-order T-shirts are crafted with care. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the production of these custom T-shirts. If you have ordered a made-to-order T-shirt along with other products, please note that your entire order will be shipped together once the T-shirt is ready. This ensures that you receive all your items in a consolidated shipment.
